How to Make a Booking.
Making a booking with us is simple and straight forward. All you have to do is download the booking form and either email or post to our Hall Administrator Mrs Bernadette Kircos. All bookings are secured with a £50 deposit.

£50 per hour (£30 for community/charity) daytime on weekdays.
£60 per hour (£40 for community/charity) at other times.
Minimum booking is £120. A Janitorial charge after 8.00pm may be necessary for functions.
£25 per hour (£15 for community/charity).
John Ogilvie & Romero Room:
£10 per hour.
£5 per hour.

The hall is run on a self-service basis. the person who makes the booking is responsible for collecting the key, running the event and clearing up when the event is finished. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for 18th or 21st Birthday Parties. We have no car parking facilities but on street parking is available. Due to our location we have a finishing time of 11.00pm and everyone should be off the premises by 11.30pm with the responsible person ensuring that all doors are securely locked and all lights switched off. All rubbish and recycling must also be removed from the premises before leaving. As we are situated in a residential area we share the refuse bins with our neighbours, it is therefore not possible to use the bins outside so rubbish and recyclying must be disposed of by you elsewhere. We run our hall in this way as it enables us to keep costs to a minumum allowing more people to use our facilities. Licence for Sale of Alcohol.
If you would like to sell alcoholic beverages at your function a licence must be obtained from Edinburgh City Council, this should be done in advance to allow sufficient time to obtain the licence. The licence is NOT necessary for functions when alcohol is free or B.Y.O.B.
